Everything we take into our bodies that is vital to live, except for oxygen, enters through the digestive tract. The role of the digestive system is to break down and digest the foods we eat, absorb nutrients that digestion releases from our food to fuel metabolic processes in our bodies, and then eliminate the waste from the digestive process. It is a vital and complex system and if any part of the process is not functioning properly, it can cause unpleasant symptoms and challenges.

In a series of easily digestible videos, Mark Lowman first goes over the entire digestive system from top to bottom before exploring common challenges and holistic approaches. Common digestive problems can lead to uncomfortable symptoms like heartburn, flatulence, constipation, and more. Learn about lifestyle factors that may be contributing to these problems and what you can do about it. Finally, review NeoLife products that can help overcome some of the common digestive challenges and work hand in hand with holistic lifestyle approaches to keep your digestive health at its best.
